Dear Patients
As spring begins and the provincial masking requirements loosen, I thought I’d provide you with an update on our office COVID protocol.
We, like you, welcome a more sustainable long-term approach but we also recognize that we are a health care facility providing aerosol procedures.
Consequently, we would ask that patients attending our office:
1. Wear a mask
2. Complete the wellness questionnaire sent to you 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Safety has and always will be our number one priority. We thank you for your patience, understanding and support.
Best,
Dr. Milène Riccardi and the team at Riccardi Dental

Re-Opening Information
This has been a challenging time for all of us, and we thank you for your patience and understanding during our COVID closure. We are excited to announce the phased re-opening of Riccardi Dental starting June 15th, 2020!
Phase 1: Beginning June 15th, 2020
The purpose of this phase is to attend to patients who are on our emergency wait list, this includes patients who have reached out during our closure either by e-mail or phone. Those on this list will be contacted directly to book an appointment. We ask that you please refrain from reaching out during this two week period for routine care as our primary concern will be emergencies. With that said, should you have a dental emergency during this time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Phase 2: Beginning July 6th, 2020
The purpose of this phase is to begin re-scheduling appointments that were ‘missed’ between March 16th and July 6th. A chronological list has been prepared and in order to fairly and efficiently carry out this task, patients with appointments in March will be contacted first, followed by April and so forth. For those patients with existing appointments from July 6th onward, your appointments still stand. Patients without pre-booked appointments who wish to come in for routine care, are also welcome to call at this time.
As always, the health and well-being of patients is our highest priority. Our office has always followed strict infection control standards. Over the last three months, we have examined the guidelines set out by our college to implement the changes that will best protect our patients and our team. These changes include but are not limited to:
